Lundja Medjoub is a visual artist, designer and sound designer based in Marseille (FR)

Her visual and sound language takes essence in the details of daily life. Oscillations between indoor and outdoor spaces tributes explore the relation between nature and domestic life. She creates installations and soundtrack that aim to express the identities of brands, spaces, texts, images or objects.

“ I use sounds as a tool to narrate and illustrate emotions, creating atmospheres where the time organisation leads to a narrative experience. Through recorded sounds, I like to bring to light the forgotten, disappeared, invisible elements, which, although they are tiny, are the essence of the sensory experience according to me. My sound research explores the gestures that make up our daily lives and compose contemporary landscapes. I put in sound environments in relation to a given situation and it is the space or the territory which constitutes the starting point of all my creations. This work around the real re-exposed is put in shape by the realization of diffusers and listening devices like jewel cases which welcome my sound creations.”
